  The worst travel service I have ever experienced. DO NOT waste your time, effort and energy with these people particularly the travel counselor, Jeff Mattera. He communicates poorly when he does make the slight effort to communicate. He doesn't provide complete and thorough information or instruction and his follow-through is non-existent. Please save yourself from frustration and avoid this office at all cost. No one was very nice to us in the entire place. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the complete lack of service, courteousness and pleasantness. Traveling is supposed to be a fun happy adventure but working with these people sure soured what should have been a joyous experience. I am utterly disappointed with incompetence and complete disregard for any sort of service. You have been warned!
